NYC World Tour Sessions 

 

Session Title: Beyond CPQ: Drive Revenue Success with the NEW Revenue Cloud

I'm thrilled to be attending the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour in New York City next week, especially for the breakout session on "Beyond CPQ: Drive Revenue Success with the NEW Revenue Cloud." As someone who works closely with finance, accounting, and sales, I’m excited for this beginner-friendly session that promises actionable insights into Salesforce's Revenue Cloud capabilities. Led by an impressive lineup of Salesforce experts—including a Specialist SE, Senior Director of Solution Engineering, VP of Product Marketing, and the VP of Product Management for Revenue Cloud—this 30-minute session will provide a deep dive into simplifying quote-to-cash workflows on an integrated revenue platform. 

The session will showcase powerful tools such as agent-assisted quotes, AI-generated contracts, seamless order orchestration, and accurate billing across diverse channels and revenue models. I can’t wait to see how these solutions can streamline the entire revenue lifecycle, especially within complex sales processes. This is an incredible opportunity to gain knowledge and practical strategies for enhancing efficiency and revenue predictability with Salesforce's Revenue Cloud—skills I’m eager to bring back to Eigen X, benefiting both our team and our clients. 

 

Session Title: Improving Segmentation in MC Engagement with Data Cloud

As a marketer, I am excited to attend the "Succeed Now with Data Cloud Segment and Activation Use Cases" session at the Salesforce World Tour. The hands-on workshop will provide a great opportunity to learn how to leverage Salesforce's Data Cloud to create unified customer profiles, build targeted segments, and set up marketing journeys. This aligns closely with my role and goals, as I'm eager to get the most out of Salesforce for marketing. The session will be led by Salesforce experts and cover essential capabilities like the Data Cloud UI, segmentation using agents, and journey orchestration - all of which I expect will be highly valuable in enhancing our marketing programs and driving results. 

 

Session Title: Agentforce for Nonprofits

I am planning to attend the “Agentforce for Nonprofits” session at the Agentforce World Tour in New York.  With all the excitement and hype around Salesforce’s Agentforce initiative, I am eager to learn how the company’s vision for Agentforce will help keep nonprofit organizations laser-focused on their missions with automation and artificial intelligence.  This session will focus on nonprofit-specific use cases for Agentforce, and will cover how autonomous AI agents will empower organizations to streamline operations and enhance mission-driven impact - I'm expecting a lot of interesting content to be packed into the 30-minute session.

Having recently immersed myself in the dynamic world of life sciences, I'm eager to attend Salesforce World Tour NYC and delve deeper into the transformative power of AI within the industry. I'm particularly excited to learn about:

I’m excited to attend the session “Discover Agentforce for Marketers” as I’m always interested in working smarter not harder when it comes to marketing. This session will showcase how Agentforce agents can help automate repetitive tasks, personalize customer experiences, and optimize marketing performance across every touchpoint.  Agentforce can unlock faster and more impactful marketing strategies to drive results. I’m looking forward to seeing how marketers can leverage this game-changing technology to stay ahead in an increasingly AI-driven world.
