Challenge

  • To create an online community portal that would allow foreign healthcare professionals the ability to apply online and provide documents electronically to be assessed and validated by CGFNS International​

  • Build out all components of Credential Evaluation, Nursing Education, Healthcare Education and Migration​

  • Provide Secure payment processing​

  • Allow for both the applicant and CGFNS International to securely track the status of applicant’s form and submitted documents

  • Provide the ability to generate PDF forms from the submitted information to be sent out upon validation of the credentials​

Solution

  • Created a Salesforce Community Cloud solution where applicants can create their academic and employment history profile, apply online, submit their documents, and track the status of their application​

  • Integrated Chargent Payment Processing with Salesforce to securely process payments and convert currency from different countries​

  • Setup email notifications and created custom objects for applicants to securely login and view the status of their application and documents​

  • Integrated Conga Composer with Salesforce to generate PDF forms from the submitted information​

Result

  • Significantly reduced paperwork and printing tasks for CGFNS.​

  • Reduced processing time and increased security on application data.​

  • Expedited payments to CGFNS and reduced billing errors.​

  • Applicants now have the ability to apply and submit their documents online rather than handwritten and mailed​
