Capturing information related to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Non-reoccurring revenue (NRR) on Products and displaying them on related records like Quote Line Item, Opportunity Line item, and Order Line Item.
Performance issues and Governor limit errors on various automations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
Solution
Implemented best practices around data governance with required fields, page layout updates, and validation rules.
Implemented new business process to capture ARR/NRR data on products and developed automation to roll it up to related records.
Assessed all the automations running in the system and created single point entry flows to improve performance and decrease system limit errors.
